We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Priority Mail: Shipping is via USPS Priority (First Class Mail) service and costs $5 for all domestic orders under $50. All orders over $50 receive FREE PRIORITY FIRST CLASS MAIL SHIPPING.
FedEx: Customers residing in the contiguous United States have the option of upgrading their shipping to FedEx Standard Overnight service for a $30 flat fee, regardless of how much your package weighs. There is no weekend delivery. Please select the FedEx option on the order form if you wish to take advantage of overnight delivery. FedEx is not available to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO/FPO address or internationally.

California residents pay sales tax on purchases at 8.25%. Sales tax is not collected for residents of other states.

We hope you enjoy each and every product purchased at calhealth.com! However, should your product be damaged in shipment, or the wrong item shipped, or if you wish to return an unopened bottle for any reason, you may receive a full refund or a replacement product. Please follow the steps below before returning any items to us:
What can be returned:
- We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened products. Only unopened product will be accepted for refunds.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
If you need to return a shipment:
- Contact the California Health Customer Service Department at service@calhealth.com prior to returning any products. In your email, indicate:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your order number
- The items you wish to return
- The reason for your return (incorrect item, damaged item, dissatisfied with product, etc.)
- Whether you would prefer a replacement item, store credit, or a refund on your credit card
- A customer service representative will respond with a Return Authorization.
- Return your unopened product(s) via commercial carrier or the U.S. Post Office to the address provided in the Return Authorization.
- Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue either store credit or a refund on your credit card, or ship a replacement item, depending on your request. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.
We cannot accept any returns or process any refunds if the above conditions and procedures are not followed. Do not return any products without first contacting us at service@calhealth.com!
