This is a unique, specially-tagged link that will identify all visitors to calhealth.com as coming from your site. As long as you use the link format that we give you, we can track your stats accurately. If you prefer a graphic image to a text link, we can also provide you with a small gif image of our California Health logo to place on your site as a link... it's up to you! You also have the option of linking directly to specific products (melatonin, etc.) if you prefer. This feature may be useful for very specific websites (for example, a website about DHEA could link directly to California Health's DHEA product page). When visitors clicking on these links come to the California Health site and purchase products during that visit, you get a commission... What You Get As a Premier Affiliate, you will receive a 20% commission based on the total dollar values of all sales generated by links from your page to ours (excluding shipping, handling, and taxes). That's right... you get 20% of all sales generated by your links. That's 20% in cash... not in store credit. (Of course, we'd love it if you used some of your newly-earned commissions to purchase our vitamins and supplements, but that's completely up to you.) California Health products have been sold at airports, gift shops, and supermarkets since 1993. Our brand of melatonin is among the top sellers in the country, and our new website has generated sales from all over the world. Now, we want you to share in our growth. You can also be certain that your links are tracked reliably and accurately because all statistics will be logged and monitored through Yahoo! Store. Since Yahoo! Store is a neutral party, you'll know that you can trust the results. And, once you are approved for the program, you will receive a special link that will enable you to check the exact number of visits and sales you have sent to us. These numbers will be updated on a daily basis, and will let you know exactly how much you are earning through the program. How Will You Be Paid? We will pay your commissions on a quarterly basis. Within 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter, we will send you a check for the commissions earned on sales generated by your site that were shipped during that quarter, less any taxes that we are required by law to withhold. However, please note that if the commissions payable to you for any calendar quarter are less than $50.00, we will hold those commissions until the total amount due is at least $50.00 or (if earlier) the Premier Affiliate Program is terminated. If a product that generated a commission is returned by the customer, we will deduct the corresponding commission from your next quarterly payment. If there is no subsequent payment, we will send you a bill for the commission. In addition, note that only those sales that are generated by our specially-tagged link (provided to you when you sign up) will be eligible for commissions. For a product sale to be eligible to earn a commission, the customer must follow the unique link from your site to our site, select and purchase the product using our secure ordering system, accept delivery of the product at the shipping destination, and remit full payment to us. We will not, however, pay commissions on any products that are added to a customer's Shopping Cart after the customer has reentered our site (other than through your unique link), even if the customer previously followed a link from your site to our site. Additional Stuff Our Lawyers Wanted To Say Once again, please remember that in order to receive a commission, you must use the special link that we provide you, and the customer must place the order after arriving at our site via that special link. California Health, Inc. may terminate the Premier Affiliates Program at any time by providing written notice to the affected participants in the program. In addition, California Health, Inc. may modify the terms of the program (including, but not limited to, the amount of commissions or the timing of commission payments) at any time by posting a notice of new terms on this site. A participant's continued participation in the Premier Affiliates Program after such a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. California Health and its participants are independent contractors, and nothing in this website will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. Participants in the program will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on California Health's behalf. California Health will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this website or the Premier Affiliates Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
